Judean Hills
The grapes in this wine were harvested in a small and unique plot in the high mountain region near Jerusalem.
Tasting notes: A crisp, clear and profusely aromatic wine with a refreshing character of fresh citrus and minerals typical of Chardonnay wines produced by this method. The wine’s unique character renders it drinkable immediately, but it will continue to age in the bottle for several years, developing a more mature floral character. A good accompaniment for Far Eastern dishes, fish and roasted or herb-baked chicken.
