The word BIN is an Australian term to describe quality stocks of wine kept in a particular part of the barrel cellar. These stocks were stored in special areas in wine cellars of homes, wineries and pubs that were known as the “wine bin.”
This wine is deep red with a purple hue. The wine boasts a fruity aroma with a whiff of oak and a rich balanced flavor. Aged for 6 months in used two year old French barrels.
