The word BIN is an Australian term to describe quality stocks of wine kept in a particular part of the barrel cellar. These stocks were stored in special areas in wine cellars of homes, wineries and pubs that were known as the “wine bin.”
This wine is deep red in color with aromas of ripe berries laced with pepper. A full flavored, complex and balanced wine. Aged for 6 months in used two year old French oak barrels.
