Baron Herzog Cabernet Sauvignon is produced using grapes grown in Paso Robles, California. Each lot of wine was aged separately and all lots were blended before bottling. This is a very approachable Cabernet Sauvignon wine with berry aromas and impressive blackberry and spice flavors. The wine is only lightly filtered and may form sediment as it ages.
