Barkan Superieur Shiraz
This Shiraz was grown in one of Barkan’s vineyards in the hills surrounding Jerusalem. The low yield vines resulted in an intense, massive wine that was aged 18 months in the finest French oak barrels. From these, meticulous tasting of each individual barrel led to the selection of a small number of barrels that represented the finest expression of this unique, complex varietal.
