The grapes for this Special Reserve Shiraz were grown in the upper Galilee and the Jerusalem Hills regions in rocky Terra Rossa soils and on many different slopes which resulted in a flavorful fruit driven wine. The wine was aged in oak barrels for 12 months and will mature nicely under suitable storage conditions.
