This “signature” South African variety is grown at our Tel Safit vineyard. After crushing, the wine undergoes several days of “cold soak” before fermentation, in order to maximize flavour. The wine is aged for 12 months in new American oak creating a balance between its rich”plumy” aroma and vanilla coconut tones from the oak. Soft, with appealing plum, black cherry, and oak aromas and flavors.
