A complex and special wine, composed of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 6% Petite Verdot and 4% Merlot grapes from the prestigious vineyards of Kerem Ben-Zimra, in upper Galilee. The wine color is dark ruby with a tinge of black. Its aroma combines black berries, ripe cherries, dried plum and prime tobacco. The taste is full bodied and its pleasant tannins enhance the abundant fruit flavors. Balanced acidity gives the wine richness and harmony. The wine has a very long finish. An elegant and complex wine will age and improve for many years.
