The grapes are grown in the Kerem Ben Zimra vineyards in the upper Galilee and are all hand picked in the early morning hours. The wine was fermented slowly and then aged in oak barrels (80% French, 20% American) for 14 months. Deep burgundy in color with a hint of black, this wine’s rich bouquet is full of ripe forest fruit. On the palate, the taste of forest berries, ripe cherries and plums blends with supple tannins.
