Varietal wine made of 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The grapes were grown in a 27 year old vineyard in Keren Ben Zimra, in upper Galilee. The wine color is light gold. It has a complex aroma of lime, grapefruit and grass with a touch of ripe tropical fruit like pineapple and a little butter in the background. On the palate the wine is sharp, long and balanced with good acidity which is balanced by fruit.
